Our Terms and Conditions have been developed on a foundation of compassion, kindness and fairness.<\/p>

They are there to hold us both to account for our time together by setting mutual boundaries and<\/p>

expectations. Agreeing to our Terms and Conditions helps us both, by protecting our business, and by<\/p>

being more intentional about valuing each other\u2019s time.<\/p>

    1. 1. Student cancellation policy<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      We operate a 14-day booking cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your place on a course within 14 days of booking, you are entitled to receive a full refund.<\/p>

      However, once your E-Learning material has been sent to you, you will no longer be entitled to a refund as you will have full access to the learning material.<\/p>

      1. Course cancellation policy<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

        We understand that things change. Sometimes things change for us, too. The tutor leading your<\/p>

        course may become unwell, and we may not be able to find another tutor to cover. Or too few<\/p>

        students may be booked onto a course for us to run it to the highest teaching and learning standards<\/p>

        (we need a minimum of two students to run a course).<\/p>

        In any case, if we experience a change in circumstances this means that we can no longer deliver a course<\/p>

        on that date, time or location specified on your booking confirmation, you will be entitled to transfer to an alternative course (subject to availability and enrolment requirements \u2013 p<\/p>

        We will notify you as soon as we know we can no longer deliver a course \u2013 via email if the course is<\/p>

        due to commence more than 72 hours in advance of our cancellation, and via phone if the<\/p>

        course is within 72 hours of our cancellation. We promise to communicate with you fully, openly and<\/p>

        transparently in this process and are grateful for your understanding in this unlikely event.<\/p>

        1. Course transfer policy<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          We operate a 14-day course transfer policy. This means you are entitled to transfer to an alternative<\/p>

          course within 14 days of booking your course (subject to availability, enrolment requirements and the E-Learning material not yet sent).<\/p>

          We kindly ask that you get in touch with us on 01376297549, 07525160264<\/u> or by email to jnmassageuk@gmail.com<\/a> to request a transfer.<\/p>

          Please note that if the fee for the course to which you are transferring to is higher than the course in<\/p>

          which you originally booked; you will be required to pay the difference in balance.<\/p>

          If the fee for the course in which you are transferring to is less than the course in which you originally booked, you will be entitled to a refund of the difference between the two.<\/p>

          Unfortunately, if you do not notify us of your transfer request at least 14 days in advance of your<\/p>

          course, cannot provide a justification for not getting in touch, or a justification for your non<\/p>

          attendance at a course, you will be eligible neither for a transfer, nor a full refund.<\/p>

          1. Enrolment policy<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

            \u00a0Whilst our introductory courses are suitable for all levels of experience and qualification, our<\/p>

            intermediate and advanced courses have enrolment requirements that students must meet to be<\/p>

            eligible to attend the course.\u00a0<\/p>

            If you are unsure whether your qualifications meet the enrolment requirements for the course, you<\/p>

            would like to attend, please email us at jnmassageuk@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>

            Upon booking an intermediate or advanced level course, you will be asked to send copies of your<\/p>

            relevant qualifications to jnmasageuk@gmail.com<\/p>

            Once we receive your certificates, a member of our team will review them, and confirm with you via<\/p>

            email whether your qualifications meet the enrolment requirements for the course.<\/p>

            If you do not provide us with copies of your qualifications within 14 days of booking and you do not email us to let us know the reason for not providing them, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will not be able to attend the course you booked.<\/p>

            5.Mitigating circumstances policy<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

            \u00a0<\/p>

            \u00a0We understand that things change. You or a family member may become unwell. You may suffer a<\/p>

            bereavement. Or you may simply be finding it difficult to make ends meet.<\/p>

            We operate an enhanced mitigating circumstances policy. This means that if<\/p>

            you experience a change in circumstances that means you can no longer attend a course, you may be<\/p>

            eligible for a full or partial refund (subject to the E-Learning material not sent) or to transfer to an alternative course date (subject to availability and<\/p>

            enrolment requirements \u2013 please see our course transfer policy).<\/p>

            (Ideally, we ask that you contact us at least 7 days in advance of the course you were due to attend.)<\/p>

            We review all circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We may ask you for some details or evidence of<\/p>

            your change in your circumstances – for example, a note from your doctor or physician if you become<\/p>

            unwell. We appreciate that your circumstances may be sensitive. So, we will only ask for the<\/p>

            information we feel necessary for us to make a decision about your case.<\/p>

            Our promise is to always act with the utmost sensitivity, compassion, support and discretion. We will<\/p>

            communicate fully, openly and transparently during this process, and let you know about our<\/p>
