JN Massage Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION NOTICE

We have a 24-Hour cancellation policy in place, this means we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of any treatment cancellation. For any appointments cancelled within that 24-hour time period, we reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for that appointment. For any No-Shows or failure to give us notice for a missed appointment, we reserve the right to charge in FULL. If your treatments have been prepaid or you have a voucher, any missed or late cancelled appointment will be lost, however a fee of £25 as a late cancellation can be payable to reinstate your cancelled pre-paid appointment.

We require a deposit of 50% for all individual treatments booked, in some instances it may be 100% due to the cost of the treatment or package. We will treat this deposit as a cancellation fail safe in case you cancel your appointment within 24 hours. This deposit can be made through our online booking system Booksy, bank transfer, cash or card and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

LATE ARRIVALS AND TIME OF APPOINTMENTS

If you arrive at your appointment late, we cannot extend the treatment time. We ask that clients try their best to plan in advance before their booked appointment.
If in the event we are running over for any instance, then we will continue forward with your planned treatment time as per usual.
Our treatment timings include form filling and undressing times. This means the physical treatment will be from 20-25 minutes and 50-55 minutes with 5-10 minutes of undressing/dressing making your appointment up to either 30 or 60 minutes.

DISRUPTION DURING APPOINTMENTS

Being situated within a gym, there may be sounds and disruptions out of our control, this will include gym members, noises from the gym floor and studios, gym staff members carrying out cleaning tasks and tannoy announcements. We will always try our best to make our treatment rooms relaxing and tranquil with the use of soothing music and low lighting, however we do apologise for any external disruptions throughout your treatment with us.

CAR PARKING

The car park uses a 24/7 camera system which automatically sends out parking charges. Before or after your treatment please make sure you have typed in your number plate correctly. If in the event you do receive a parking notice, please contact us and DO NOT pay, we will ask you to bring the notice into the gym or send it by email and the staff will cancel the order once checked the dates and times are correct of yourself being in treatment with us.

REFUSAL OF TREATMENTS

All clients are welcome but please respect that we are professional massage therapists. We DO NOT provide any sexual or sensual services, and any questions or comments made will not be tolerated. We DO NOT tolerate any violent behaviour, disrespectful words or rudeness. If any of these instances take place, your treatment will be stopped and/or refused, in this case you will be required to pay for the remainder of the treatment as we will treat this as a missed appointment.

VOUCHERS, COURSES OF APPOINTMENT AND OFFERS

All vouchers, offers and course of appointments have clear instructions of usage during the point of sale. All have clear expiry dates and they’re not extendable or refundable. We do not take the responsibility to remind customers about expiry dates.
However, in special circumstances all above are transferable to other people providing they are used within the expiry date.   Appointments may not be split, for example a 60-minute voucher cannot be used for 2×30 minute treatments either at separate times or for 2×30 minute treatments of a different type consecutively, i.e. 30-minute back massage and 30-minute Indian Head Massage. By purchasing any voucher or offer you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Ensuring the sustainability of JN Massage & Recovery Centre as a business means that in the rare occasion that we received an abnormal amount of prepaid appointments in one day, may mean that we will have to refuse and reschedule prepaid appointments at the clients convenience.
