KINESIOLOGY SPORTS TAPING

Kinesiology taping is an anatomical science treatment that focuses on the connective tissue, joints, muscles, and tendons. Seen on footballers, athletes, rugby players and gymnasts to name just a few, this holistic technology was developed to balance bodily health, promote endurance and energy, without the use of medications or surgery. Sports taping uses a special tape made from breathable, stretchable material, which has a sweat proof adhesive and can stay in place for up to three or four days.
